Haliç Metro Geçiş Köprüsü projesinin tasarım ve yapım sürecinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Eğimli arazi yapısı ile İstanbul, tepelikler ve bunları kuzeyden güneye kesen dere yatakları ile ulaşım sistemlerinin uygulanması zor olan bir konuma sahip bir kent olmasının ötesinde Haliç Metro Geçiş köprüsü gibi uluslar arası niteliğe sahip projelere sahip olması açısından gerek planlama gerekse de söz konusu projelerin çok yönlü ele alınması adına özel önem isteyen bir şehirdir. İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi ulaştırma problemlerinin çözümüne katkı saplamak adına yasalardan aldığı yetki ile kent planlaması ilke ve kuralları doğrultusunda çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Raylı sistem konusunda ciddi projelerin hayata geçirilmeye başlandığı İstanbul’da birçok proje üzerinde de etüd ve planlama çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Metro projelerinin gerçek manada 1990’lı yıllarda başlanıldığı İstanbul’da, yakın zamanda açılacak olan yeni metro hatları ile birlikte İstanbul’un ulaşım sorununa çözüm arayışları büyük bir hızla devam ettirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Haliç Metro Geçiş Köprüsü projesinde tercih edilen köprü tipi olan kablo askılı köprülerin genel özellikleri üzerinde durulduktan ve kablo askılı ve yana açılan köprüler ile alakalı Türkiye’den ve Dünya’dan örnekler verildikten sonra, Haliç Metro Geçiş Köprüsü projesinin ulusal ve uluslar arası sürecine değindikten sonra
