Trafik sinyal sürelerinin optimizasyonu ve çevre kirliliği üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Ulaştırma kaynaklı trafiğin getirdiği çevre kirliliği, günümüzün en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Bu problemin çözüm yollarından biri olan trafik sinyal sürelerinin optimizasyonu ve bunun neticesinde çevreye etkisinin irdelenmesi, bu tez çalışmasının konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında sırasıyla trafik kavramı, trafiğin yönetilmesinde trafik sinyallerinin etkisi ve trafik sinyal sürelerinin iyi bir şekilde hesaplanması bunun sonucu olarak da sinyal optimizasyonun insan hayatına ve çevreye etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca İstanbul da bir örnek kavşak seçilerek (Eski Edirne Asfaltı Kayaşehir Toki Kavşağı) bu örnek kavşak da mevcut trafik durumu incelenmiştir. Çalışma içerisinde görsel çekimler yapılmış elde edilen veriler bilgisayar programlarında işlenerek simülasyonlar oluşturulmuştur. Örnek kavşak için trafik sinyal planlaması yapılmış ve laşım kaynaklı emisyonlara etkisi değerlendirilmiştir.

Caused by transportation traffic brought by environmental pollution, is one of the most important issues of today. One of the ways a solution of this problem the duration of the traffic signal optimization and as a result of effects on environment investigation, is the subject of this thesis. In this thesis, respectively, the concept of the traffic, the impact of traffic signals of the traffic management and in a good way to calculating the duration of the traffic signal, as a result, to determine the effect of human life and the environment. Furthermore, selected a sample crossroads in Istanbul (Toki Kayasehir Eski Edirne Road Intersection) intersection of in this sample were current traffic situation. In the thesis, visual shots made and the data obtained from this simulations established with processing computer programs. For the Sample intersection of, traffic signal has been scheduling and evaluated the effect of emissions from transport.
