Çevre kirliliği günümüzün en önemli problemlerinden biridir. Bu problemin çözüm yollarından biri olan geri dönüşüm, bu tez çalışmasının konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
Bu tez çalışmasında öncelikle atık kavramı, atıkların geri dönüştürülebilme kapasiteleri ve sahip oldukları endüstriyel değerler ve atık çeşitleri incelenmiştir. Atık kavramı hakkında bilgiden sonra inşaat malzemeleri ve çeşitleri, atıklardan elde edilebilecek olan malzemeler açıklanmıştır.
Ayrıca “LEED” çevre performans sertifikasını “Gold” seviyesinde almaya hak kazanmış iki örnek yapı, tezin konusu olan “Atıklardan İnşaat Malzemesi Elde Edilmesinin Sürdürülebilirlik Açısından Değerlendirilmesi ve Bir Çevre Performans Sertifikası Uygulaması” ışığında, yapım öncesi, yapım aşaması ve sonrası ile yapıda kullanılan inşaat malzemelerinin üretiminden taşınıp kullanılmasına kadar geçen süreç kapsamında incelenmiştir.
Today, environmental pollution is one of the most important problems in the world. Recycling which is one of the solutions of this problem is the concept of this thesis.
In this thesis study, first of all, waste concept, waste potential of being recycled, the industrial values of wastes and waste types are investigated. After the information about wastes, building materials and their types, the types that can be recycled are explained.
Also two sample building which have Gold version of LEED certificate are dealed and their building materials are investigated before, while and after building in the way of “evaluating obtaining building materials from wastes in the way of sustainability and an environment performance certificate applicatıon” which is also the name of this thesis.
