Abstract
Here, a green production method for the synthesis of hybrid nanoflowers (hNFs) is reported using 4-amino-2-isopropyl-5-methyphenol (L) as the organic component and Cu(II) metal ion as the inorganic component. The characterization of hNFs was carried out through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and elemental mapping techniques. The anticancer activity of L and the synthesized hNFs was evaluated using A549 (lung cancer) and MCF7 (breast cancer) cell lines. In this study, the binding mechanism was elucidated via molecular docking. This study aimed to analyze the anticancer activities of L via molecular docking. The pharmacological profile of L was also presented by ADME. All these data seem to contribute to the development of effective new-generation preparations. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
