Abstract

Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde lojistik kavramı açıklanarak temel lojistik faaliyetler, lojistiğin temel prensipleri ve lojistikle ilgili diğer kavramlar hakkında özet bilgi sunulmuştur. İkinci bölümde ise Entegre Lojistik Destek (ELD) sisteminin tarihçesi, tanımı, süreci ve hedeflerine değinilmiş olup üçüncü bölümde ELD sistemin alt yapısını oluşturan elemanlar detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde tasarımı etkileyerek sistemi ve desteği, etkin maliyet ile sağlamaya çalışan bir süreç olan Lojistik Destek Analizi (LDA)’nin tanımı, hedefleri, standartlarına ilişkin unsurlar açıklanmış, Lojistik Destek Analizi Kaydı (LDAK) konusu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca ELD faaliyetlerinde kullanılan diğer önemli analizlerden de bahsedilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde ise sistemlerde hazır olma tekniğinin uygulanmasına yönelik olarak, donanmamıza ait bir gemi sistem olarak ele alınmış, harekata hazır olma durumu incelenmiştir.In the first part of this study, the basic information such as definition, processes and the main principals of logistic and other elements which are related to logistic are described. In the second part; definition, history, aims and standards of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) are emphasized and in the third part, parameters which form the basis of Integrated Logistics Support(ILS) are analysed. In the fourth part, definition, aims and standards of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) which is a process that affects the design and provides cost-effective supporting are described. Also in this part, the term of Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) and the other important analyses used in ILS activities are clarified. In the fifth part, intended to application of technique of availability, a ship which is a member of our navy is accepted as a system and the status of combat-ready of ship is investigated.
