    The idea of conversion projects spread with the socio-economic change in Europe to all around the world. Currently, the structure of the buildings is abandoned by the people such as the act of improper renovation or careless reparation. Because, the industrial structures are our heritage, it is vital to protect those structure’s identities and make them re-functional in order to transfer the heritage. With the scope of this purpose, it is necessary to preserve those, valuable industrial structures during re-designing process in order to protect the whole architecture. In this thesis, the Cibali Tobacco Factory-Kadir Has University, Haskoy shipyard- Rahmi Koc Industry Museum, DDB Salt Warehouse project samples has been obtained, reviewed, analyzed. The industrial heritage interior has been evaluated through notions such as, extinction, disappearances, reflection, contrast and harmony.
