Abstract
This paper aims to investigate some striking properties of the q-exponential functions more profoundly. To achieve this, at first, the Gauss q-binomial formula is generalized and based on the formula, important properties of the q-exponential functions are established. © 2020 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
