Abstract
The book broadly covers Commercial Law and Employment Law as subject areas, and also Competition Law and Insurance Law in detail. It aims at providing the reader with a broad overview of the legal transactions that a business enterprise would engage in. Further, the book includes the theoretical foundation of Data Protection Law as well as a framework for the compliance practices in this area.
