The future leaders: Trends, issues and new solutions

Abstract

Individuals have developed new products and technologies to make their lives easier and to increase the efficiency of all the work they have done. These developments have become subjects that people need to use not only in their daily lives but also at different points in their lives. It is possible to say that education is at the beginning of these issues. The aims, policies and practices of education in developed world countries are undergoing a transformation with these developments. It is observed what the outputs of these transformations are and how they affect them, and steps are taken accordingly. In other words, it is possible to integrate all technological developments and future trends that affect the stages or content of education within institutions. However, in order to make this follow-up, educational leaders must have a command of these developments and be able to use the innovations that come with these developments in their lives. The fact that educational leaders who dominate the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, big data and other trending topics, demonstrate visionary leadership and create a digital age of learning. The digital culture that leaders will bring to the individuals they work with means an understanding of the progress and development of the corporate culture in this direction. This chapter aims to help educational leaders understand how to use and integrate artificial intelligence, big data and cloud technologies within their organizations. Designs to be made and digital trends to be used to identify individual differences and solve problems in the processes of learning, teaching and management are a subject that education leaders and all educators who are together with them focus on. In the chapter, problems and requirements of today and future trends such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud technologies and their interactions with each other will be discussed.
