Abstract
Medical education, as a field that cannot be evaluated independently of social, political, and economic conditions, is directly influenced by transformations in health systems. This editorial examines the reflections of the health transformation process on medical education, evaluating its historical development, current trends, and debates through a multidimensional lens.
