Abstract
Some reference points are needed to analyze and to make judgments about a given information. For instance, let a boy be 1.78m of height. Is he tall? To answer this question one needs to know the average height of the set that the boy is included in. If the average height of the set is 1.80m, one can deduce that the boy is not tall.
