Abstract

Acute adductor tendon tears are rarely seen injuries. There is no general agreement on the treatment method for acute tears of the adductor longus tendon. This article describes a case of a tear of the adductor longus tendon with a surgically treated bone fragment. Good results could be observed with the surgical treatment procedure used. Patients are offered this operative method in order to ensure a normal anatomic and biomechanical structure. © 2022 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
