| dc.description.abstract | Pemfigus vulgaris nadir görülen bir otoimmün hastalık olup, skuamoz epitelin desmosomal proteinlerine karşı IgG antikor oluşması sonucu deri ve mukozada büllöz formasyonlarla karakterize bir hastalıktır. 56 yaşında erkek hasta kliniğimize 3 aydır devam eden ve son 20 gündür şiddetlenen nefes darlığı, ses kısıklığı, yutma güçlüğü ve boğaz ağrısı şikayetleri ile başvurdu. Laringeal mukozada eroziv lezyonlar izlendi. Deri biyopsisi ile pemfigus vulgaris tanısı konuldu. 4. Gün 1 mg/kg/gün dozunda metilprednizolon başlandı ve hasta şikayetlerigeriledi.7.Günlaringealmuayenedeödemde ciddi azalma ve tamamen iyileşmiş lezyonlar izlendi. | |
