This study deals with “Logistic Areas” and their location, quality, relationships which take place in İstanbul Metropoliten Area planning decisions. Important criterias in the evaluation process are; transportation network and accessibility, technology and knowledge level, market clustering. In the implementation process of methodology, field investigation and survey study was done. Finally in the framework of the criterias, İstanbul Hadımköy Logistic Areas are examined.
