Abstract
Üretimden son kullanıcıya ulaşmasını sağlayan zincirin önemli halkalarından biri olan
lojistik ve son kullanıcıların alış veriş kültürü içerisinde daha geniş yer kaplayan
organize perakendedir.
Birinci bölümde Dünya da ve Türkiyedeki lojistik faaliyetleri ile organize perakende
deki gelişmeler ele alındı. Bu gelişmelerin getirmiş olduğu yeni çalışma modelleri ve
gelişen teknolojiden faydanılan hizmetler gösterildi.
İkinci bölümde lojistik ve perakendenin ortak konusu olan stok kavramını incelendi.
Stok yönetim şekilleri , stokların oluşturduğu maliyetler , müşteri memnuniyeti olan
ilişkisi belirtildi.
Üçüncü bölümde uygulaması yapılmış bir Otomasyon çalışması ele alındı. Uygulama
öncesi durum ele alınarak geliştirilmesi gereken bölümler numaretik olarak sıralandı.
Sıralama operasyon işleyişi gözönüne alınarak gerçekleştirildi. Uygulama sonucunda
eski durum ile yeni durum karşılaştırılarak sağlanan katmadeğer ölçüldü.
Ele alınan uygulama nihai olmayıp ihtiyaç ve oluşan taleplere göre geliştirilecek şekilde
kurgulanmıştır. Karar verici konumunda bulunanların doğru bilgiye kısa süre de
ulaşması temel hedeflerden biri olmuştur.
Operation efficiency became more important for companies by rapidly expansing chain stores and shopping centers in developing retail sector. Ensuring right product with right quantity in right place at right time rigt way (4R) become one of the most basic points of Retail. Companies in the retail sector in Turkey has developed their own solutions in order to carry out 4R. Most common of these solution is to handle common efforts logistics planners, product management and sales. For this 4R Store Managers’ instructions and supports are considered. When operation structures of countries where retailing developed analysed; it is undrestood that they are completely directed to automation. To use human energy and all other existign sources efficient is possible with a well-constructed and open to development automation system. It will be discovered that manual operations that are made within a logic framework requires too much time to control user error and traceability of transactions. The time spent unnecessarly means wasted human energy for the country. Target is making operations requires a certain logic by automation and human carries out control, development and decision-making. If companies directed to this; stock managing improvements, customer satisfaction, improvements in purchase planning and chosing campaign products will be reported. In addition, it is important to build up automation systems in a flexible and variable structure that open to development and can meet possible demands.The main goal is to make faster, more accurate and lower costs operations.
