Abstract
Doğal kaynaklarımızın bilinçsiz tüketimi günümüzün en önemli sorunları arasındadır.
Bu sorunların çözümünde rol oynayabilecek, suyu verimli kullanan ürünler ile altyapı
ve arıtma mekanizmalarını bozan veya zorlayan yüklerin engellenmesi bu tez
çalışmasının konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
Bu tez çalışmasında öncelikle kentsel yenilenme ve dönüşüm mekanizmaları, TOKİ ve
KİPTAŞ özelinde incelenmiştir. Çeşitli sebeplerden ötürü yenilenen kent dokusunun,
müstakil yaşamdan ziyade toplu konut yerleşkelerine olan yönelimleri ve yeni üretilecek
yapılarda çevresel yatırımlar yapılması sonucu sağlanacak fayda değerlendirilecektir.
İnşaat yapımı sırasında gri su toplama ve yağ ayırma sistemlerinin ilk yatırım
maliyetlerine getireceği yük, örnek bir projede incelenecek, verimli su kullanımı ve
kanalizasyon şebekesi yoğunluk yüklerini azaltacak bu tür sistemlerle elde edilecek
maksimum fayda vurgulanacaktır.
