dc.description.abstractAlong developement processes in GSM Networks we have seen that some management problems have come out with this progress.It can be summarized as high resource consumption and performance degradation.Reliability and Performance comparisons of Automatic Management systems and Non-automatic Managements systems in the role of GSM Network Management Systems are focused in this study. Taking time to manage and resource consumption into reference, thread based(alarm) management is investigated.
