Türk Ulusal Ajansı tarafından desteklenen hayat boyu öğrenme projelerinde bilişim teknolojileri kullanım durumu

Abstract

Bilim ve teknoloji günümüzde baş döndürücü bir hızla ilerlemekte, bilgi teknolojileri araçları neticesinde eğitimde de yenilikler ve değişimler kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Böylece eğitim, ticaret ve kültürel alanlara kadar ülkeler arasında ortak çalışma imkânları doğmakta, hatta bu giderek zorunlu hale gelmektedir. Gelişen bu durumlar eğitimde gerek ulusal gerekse uluslararası projeler üretilmeye yöneltmiştir. Bu araştırmada, Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları içerisinde yer alan Hayat Boyu Öğrenme ve Gençlik Programları kapsamındaki projelerde bilgi teknolojileri kullanım durumu incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bilgi teknolojilerinin eğitim projelerindeki rolü ve projeleri yürüten öğretmenlerin bilgi teknolojilerinin eğitim alanındaki kullanımları incelenmiştir. Durum incelemesi için Türk Ulusal Ajansı Hayat Boyu Öğrenme ve Gençlik Programları içerisinde kabul edilmiş İstanbul ilinden rastgele seçilen 10 proje incelenmiştir. Verileri toplama aracı olarak görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. İncelenen 10 proje koordinatörü öğretmen ile videolu görüşme yapılmıştır. Bunun yanında öğretmenlere bilgi teknoloji kullanım değerlendirme rubrik ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma; Giriş, İlgili Literatür, Yöntem, Bulgular ve Yorum ile Sonuç, Tartışma ve Öneriler olmak üzere beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Nvio9.0 ve SPSS 15.0 programları kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda Türkiye’deki eğitim projelerinde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanım durumu ortaya konulmuştur.

Science and technology is advancing at a vertiginous style, as a result of information technology tools in education, innovation and change has been inevitable. Thus, education, trade and cultural fields, emerging opportunities for joint working between the countries, even this has been becoming increasingly necessary. These situations are developing both national and international projects in education have led to be produced. In this research, which is contained in the European Union Education and Youth Programs Lifelong Learning and Youth Programs within the scope of usage of information technology projects has been investigated. Also, performing the role of information technology projects in education and training in the use of information technology projects, conducting teachers has been investigated. Status review of the Turkish National Agency for Lifelong Learning and Youth Programs in the provinces of Istanbul, randomly selected 10 projects has been studied. Interview technique has been used for data collection. Video interviews has been conducted with co-ordinator teachers 10 surveyed projects. In addition, information technology applied the scale of rubric assessment has been used to teachers. In the Research is composed of five main sections such as Introduction, Literature Survey, Data and Methods, Results and Conclusion, Discussion and Recommendations. Nvio 9.0 program has been used for the evaluation of the data . Situation of usage of information technology in education in Turkey has been defined in view of obtained.
