Kentsel sistemler çerçevesinde sürdürülebilirlik kavramı : Bahçelievler İlçesinde sürdürülebilir konut algısı

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasının konusunu günümüzün en önemli konularından biri olan sürdürülebilirlik kavramının kentsel sistemler çerçevesindeki analizi oluşturmaktadır. Tez çerçevesinde öncelikle tezin başlığını ve konusunu oluşturan kavramlar, kentsel sistemler, kentsel dönüşüm ve sürdürülebilirlik açıklanmıştır. Teorik ve literatürde yer alan bu bilgilerin ardından, tezin uygulama kısmı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama, İstanbul’un en büyük, kalabalık ve önemli ilçelerinden biri olan Bahçelievler ilçesi üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bahçelievler ilçesinde konu ile ilgili bir anket çalışması yapılarak, halkın sürdürülebilir konut hakkındaki düşünceleri ve bu konudaki algısı analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tez çalışmasında açıklanan bu kavramlar ve yapılan bu uygulama ile kentsel sistemler çerçevesinden sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasına yardımcı olmak, kentsel dönüşüm ile sürdürülebilirlik arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya çıkarmak ve halkın bu konudaki bilgi ve bilinç seviyesinin ölçülmesi hedeflenmiştir.

The subject of this thesis study is the analysis of sustainability in the scope of urban systems which is one of the most important subjects today. Pursuant to the thesis, the concepts which constitutes the heading and subject of the thesis, urban systems, urban renewal and sustainability are explained. After the theoretical information that is in the literature, the application part of the study is executed. The application is handled over one of the most importat, big and crowded country of İstanbul, Bahçelievler. By taking a poll about the subject, it is tried to analyse the thoughts, ideas and senses of the public about the subject. It is aimed to be benefical about providing the sustainability in the scope of urban systems, revealing the relations between urban renewal and sustainability and measuring the information and consciousness level of the community.
